Project Trainer

As a Project Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and designing engaging training content. Your role involves ensuring that training delegates have a positive learning experience and achieve the desired competency levels. You will be reporting to the Training Projects Manager. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

You will support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the business. You will manage the full training cycle, incorporating the principles of the Kirkpatrick Model and Bloom's Taxonomy. You will provide regular updates and recommendations on the learning journey throughout the implementation phase. You will deliver engaging and effective training sessions to delegates. You will ensure training sessions are conducted on schedule and within scope. You will create review and update training materials to ensure they are relevant, clear, and engaging. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training content. You will manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive learning environment. You will address any issues or disruptions promptly and effectively.

You will adhere to training policies and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. You will participate in professional development activities to enhance my skills and knowledge. You will implement new training techniques and methodologies to improve training delivery. You will measure the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments and feedback. You will track and report on delegate performance and progress towards competency benchmarks. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs by introducing innovative methods and materials. You will work with the Learning & Development Project Manager to identify and implement improvements.

You have 1-2 years' experience in training delivery and content design within the BPO sector. You can design and review training material using the ADDIE model. You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You can analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs. You have strong stakeholder relationship skills and can effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders.


You can work autonomously to meet project deadlines and work part of a team to meet objectives. You can travel to client offices and training locations. You have excellent presentation skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms. You can manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

You have 1-2 years' experience in training delivery and content design within the BPO sector (Essential) You have a Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification You can design and review training material using the ADDIE model You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms You can work autonomously to meet project deadlines and work part of a team to meet objectives You have strong stakeholder relationship skills and can effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders Must have a proven track record in developing skills through coaching and mentoring
