This role is pivotal in driving process improvements, managing transitions and ensuring the successful execution of projects across our global business. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, holding them accountable to timelines and ensuring actions are carried out according to business cases, so we're looking for someone with good relationship building and effective communication skills.Acacium Group is a leading healthcare delivery partner.   • Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, including project schedules and resource allocation
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track and analyse performance data to measure the impact of improvement initiatives

To thrive in this role, you must have...
  • Experience in a project management, transition management or continuous improvement role
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions and projects
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Certifications in PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma green belt
