  • Matric.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Own Transport (essential).
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Package).
  • Pastel Experience.
  • Stock Experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, accurate, great organisational skills, able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work with people with various skill sets and good communicational skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Capturing of project data, quotes, invoices.
  • Cost Tracking.
  • Projects Purchase Control.
  • Understanding of tender processes.
  • Documentation - Filing & Operational manuals.
  • All other project administration, as required.
