- Ensure project conception and completion and not limited to structural, mechanical, process, and design.
- Establish and develop continuous improvement objectives.
- Ensure reduction in production costs, lead time, downtime, and waste.
- Lead continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
- Lead engineering design and development
- Develop, and approve design specifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Engineering/Chemical)
- Minimum of 4 years process engineering experience within the food and dairy system design
- Minimum of 4 years project management within the food dairy industry
