This listed real estate entity specializes in developing and managing dynamic districts with a diversified portfolio. Focused on fostering sustainable communities through development and environmental initiatives, this organization is actively seeking a skilled individual to enhance its financial position.The ideal candidate will analyse property income and expenses, ensuring they align with budgets, and correcting any discrepancies. They will manage recoveries, and municipal queries, and ensure compliance with lease and expense agreements. The role involves collaborating with Leasing and Facilities teams to develop and manage property budgets, prepare management accounts, and contribute to quarterly and annual financial reports. Responsibilities also include managing debtors and creditors, assisting with asset and stock management, preparing for audits, and maintaining accurate records. This role demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- At least 4 years of commercial experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property.
- Experience with SAGE and MDA.
