A prestigious property management company is on the lookout for a dynamic accountant to join their team. Help manage an impressive portfolio of luxury properties and their subsidiaries, and make a significant impact in the world of real estate.:
As the Property Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
Prepare management accounts
Analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Process accruals and prepayments
Manage the bank accounts
Reconcile the bank statements to the balance sheet
Update the interest tables with new interest rates
Ensure monthly and quarterly bond payments are made on time
Update the tenant installations
Raise fee schedules
Process journals for electricity and water accruals
Liaise with meter reading companies and follow up on all the discrepancies
Ensure that the suppliers invoices are VAT compliant
Reconcile payments to the creditors ledger
Assist in the external auditing processSkills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working on MDA
Strong Excel skillsQualification:
Relevant Finance or Accounting degree
