The property entity with a broad portfolio across South Africa is seeking a meticulous accountant to join their team.The ideal candidate will be a dependable finance professional who can effectively manage fixed assets, VAT, and loans while excelling in accurate reconciliations. They should be skilled in verifying payroll, handling payables/receivables, and reconciling balances. Experience in preparing audits, ensuring compliance, and timely reporting is essential. Success will be assessed by accuracy, issue resolution, and detailed variance analysis.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
- MDA experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
