Are you an accountant who enjoys being hands-on and making a tangible impact?Our client is looking for a dedicated professional Property Accountant to join a family-owned real estate company that has been thriving since 1993. Starting in Bloemfontein, this trusted firm has started to grow its footprint across into Gauteng. Specializing in the investment, development, and management of both retail and commercial properties, they take pride in their strong values and personal approach to doing business.In this Pretoria-based role, you'll work directly with the CFO, providing key support in financial reporting, intercompany accounting, and budgeting. You'll also handle reconciliations and play an important role in monitoring financial performance. The position offers you the chance to work closely with decision-makers and contribute to the company's strategic financial planning.The ideal candidate is someone who lives in Pretoria, speaks Afrikaans, and brings at least 3 years of accounting experience-preferably in retail, commercial, or residential property.
