• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our property portfolio.
• Budget Management: Assist in the creation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with financial goals.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Tenant Liaison: Communicate with tenants regarding financial inquiries, lease agreements, and billing issues.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulations, as well as company policies.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Proficiency in MDA software

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication abilities
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
