- Prepare group property statistics and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Prepare tenant collections report.
- Prepare / analyse vacancy report.
- Prepare / analyse tenant trading densities and rent to sales report.
- Assisting with shareholder reporting - pre-close, interims, year end and Integrated Annual Report.
- Reporting on property performance.
- Budget variance reporting.
- Annual budgeting (including updates).
- Quarterly forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honours
- 1 xe2x80x93 2 Years experience in the property industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an advance knowledge of Excel.
- MDA experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-starter with strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Very analytical and a critical thinker.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
