Job Description


Our client in the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry is currently looking for a Property Administrator, in Johannesburg, Gauteng.Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, and vendors to address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Process and track lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of property expenses, various monthly reporting, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
  • Assist with the marketing and leasing of available properties.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, real estate management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Remuneration:
  • Up to R20 000 per month.
