  • Matric with National Diploma in Real Estate, Property or Finance.
The following experience is required:
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in property administration.
Other Skills Required:
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal framework governing property law in South Africa.
  • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Working knowledge of lease agreements.
  • Working knowledge of contract management.
  • Sound understanding of residential property management.
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, debtors, and financial statements.
  • Ability to work with a diverse tenant base
  • Ability to build brand awareness and good relations with the community
High Level of Language skills: Proficient in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation.Numerical skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardised situations.Computer Skills: Computer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MDA computer software (advantageous)Licences: A valid Code B (08) driverxe2x80x99s licenceClosing date: 20 September 2024*Note: Only the most promising candidates will be contacted for an interview.
