Job Description


Candidates who meet the following requirements you are invited to apply:

  • University Degree or relevant tertiary qualification a definite advantage
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
  • Own vehicle essential
  • Currently residing in the Stellenbosch or immediate surroundings
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Marketing of rentals and properties for sale
  • Customer liaison
  • Handling of queries regarding the sale / rental
  • Dealing with the complete rental process from contract stage to occupation
