R17,000 per month (negotiable)Our client, a well-established property management company, is seeking a Property Administrator to support their portfolio and estate management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in the property industry who can handle administrative tasks efficiently while liaising with property owners, tenants, and service providers.Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the property industry.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience in debt collection and handling insurance claims.
- Familiarity with estate management software, particularly MyEstate Life, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to draft minutes of meetings accurately.
- Issue warning letters to owners regarding rule contraventions and illegal structures.
- Oversee debt collection processes.
- Arrange and coordinate site inspections.
- Draft and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Manage insurance claims and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
- Administer the MyEstate Life portal, including:
- Processing access disc, access card, and remote applications.
- Assisting with visitor entrance applications.
- Maintain accurate estate records through filing, upgrading, and reconciliation.
- Provide administrative support to Portfolio and Estate Managers.
