What Youll Do:

  • Supervise a team of coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaners
  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties to ensure optimal condition
  • Manage tenant requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to enhance operational efficiency
