Assisting in managing all aspects of a buildings occupancy and maintenance
Communicating with tenants regarding property-related issues and building positive relationships with them
Coordinating with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs and overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
Collaborating with property management team to produce advertising materials and showing properties to prospective tenants
Doing basic bookkeeping, collecting rent, and preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements
Requirements:
Minium of 2 Years Experince As an Assistant to property Management
Driver licence,Own Vehicle
Ability to work Under pressure
Ability to multi task
Computer Literacy
