Kingstons Real Estate is seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Property Broker to join our East Rand team. The successful candidate will be based at either our Benoni or Bedfordview office and will operate across key commercial zones including Meadowdale, Tunney, Wilbart, Spartan, Sebenza, and Eastleigh.As a Property Broker at Kingstons Real Estate, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and securing new commercial property listings within your allocated areas.
• Maintaining and growing a database of landlords, investors, and tenants.
• Canvassing for stock with our in-house business development team via cold-calling, door-to-door visits, and various digital platforms.
• Conducting property viewings, inspections, and valuations.
• Advising clients on market trends, property values, and strategic investments.
• Negotiating and closing lease and sale agreements between landlords and tenants or buyers and sellers.
• Drafting professional proposals and mandates.
• Managing and updating leads using our internal CRM and listing portals.
• Collaborating with team members and participating in ongoing training and strategy sessions.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in commercial property sales or leasing (residential experience will be considered if highly motivated to transition into commercial).
• Excellent knowledge of the East Rand commercial property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to canvass and cold-call confidently to source new business.
• Well-presented, professional, and able to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems and online property portals.
