Job Summary ROLE: Property Broker LiaisonPurpose of the Role: This position is to secure Retail Space nationally.Location: Durban SARole Description:Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience : retail leasing, and commercial property.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience as a commercial or industrial property broker is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong understanding of the industrial real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Own Vehicle is essential
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in all areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
