Industry: Property & Facilities ManagementOur client is seeking an experienced Property, Facilities & Asset Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and optimisation of their diverse property portfolio. This includes agricultural properties, office buildings, milling & processing facilities, factories, and residential homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in asset management, project execution, and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities:

• Property & Maintenance Management: Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, renovations, and contractor management.
• Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance, repairs, and asset optimisation.
• Asset Management: Maintain an accurate asset register, conduct audits, and implement lifecycle strategies.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety protocols.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve facility performance through strategic planning and the application of industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or facility management.
• Strong background in asset management, project execution, and risk management.
• Proven expertise in equipment maintenance methodologies and operational performance optimisation (OEE).
• Experience compiling SOPs and reporting structures.
• Proficiency in computer systems and facility management software.
