As a Property Host, you will be the face of our operations. Your role will involve overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction for each property. From handling guest inquiries to coordinating check-ins and check-outs, you will ensure that every detail is in place for a flawless guest experience. You'll also work closely with your own cleaning staff and other service providers to ensure smooth property management.
What You'll Do:
Guest Communication & Support:
Serve as the primary contact for guests throughout their stay.
Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guests feel valued.
Provide property information, check-in/check-out details, and local recommendations.
Address special requests to enhance the guest experience.
Property Management:
Regularly inspect properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintain necessary property supplies.
Monitor safety features, including locks and smoke detectors, to ensure guest safety.
Enhance Guest Experience:
Personalize guest stays with thoughtful touches, such as welcome packages and local guides.
Collect guest feedback to continuously improve service and guest satisfaction.
Go the extra mile to ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience.
Property Maintenance Coordination:
Manage minor property maintenance issues and arrange for repairs when needed.
Communicate damages or maintenance concerns to the portfolio manager
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service--preferably with short-term rentals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple properties and tasks.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for providing outstanding service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Must have your own cleaning staff and be able to coordinate with them to maintain high standards of cleanliness and turnover.
Independent Contractor Details:
This is an independent contractor role, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule and run your own cleaning team. You will be compensated on a per-property basis and have the autonomy to manage your operations.
