Job Summary The Property Investment Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our property investment portfolio. This role involves identifying new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, managing property acquisitions, and optimizing the performance of our investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property investment, excellent analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new property investment opportunities. Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions. Manage the acquisition process, including negotiations, due diligence, and transaction management. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance and value of the property portfolio. Monitor and report on the performance of investments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes. Prepare investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investors. Oversee property management activities to ensure optimal operational performance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Property Investment Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of property investment principles, financial modeling, and market analysis. Excellent negotiation and transaction management.
