Job Description
Leasing SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the leasing department, responsible for creating lease agreements for tenants, communicating with brokers, and notifying tenants about upcoming renewals. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare lease agreements for tenants.
- Communicate effectively with brokers to facilitate lease negotiations and agreements.
- Notify tenants about upcoming lease renewals and manage the renewal process.
- Ensure all lease contracts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain detailed records of all lease agreements and tenant communications.
- Bachelor's degree and high school diploma.
- At least 4 years of experience working with property and lease agreements, preferably with the same company.
- Proven experience in lease contract preparation and renewals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Top-notch communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time US hours (3pm - 11pm SAST).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the property management or real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
