Job Description


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric, drivers license & own transport essential
  • Excellent communication skills & well groomed
  • Computer Literate Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in PayProp or Red Rabbit advantageous
  • Energetic person who likes to be busy and is an excellent team player
  • Well spoken in English and Afrikaans
  • Confident personality who is self-managed and highly organized
DUTIES:
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Scheduling maintenance activities with plumbers, electricians etc
  • Coordinating repairs when issues arise within the building, contacting appropriate contractors and maintenance staff
  • Obtaining quotes for repairs and overseeing the completion of the work
  • Regular inspections of the buildings to identify potential problems before they escalate
  • Maintaining allocated budget, tracking expenses, prioritizing needs, and finding cost-effective solutions
  • Ensuring that maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and service contracts, utilizing the CRM systems
  • Effective communication with relevant parties regarding scheduled maintenance
