Manage a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Handle emergency repairs and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to address maintenance concerns.

Requirements:
Minimum
3 years
' experience in property or facilities maintenance.
