They are currently seeking experienced Property Managers with significant expertise in the Durban region.In this role, you will report to the Portfolio Manager and be responsible for managing tenant relationships, overseeing lease renewals, resolving inquiries, and assisting the finance team in preparing and managing property budgets. Additionally, you will handle rental collections, recover arrears, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with the facilities and legal teams, preparing reports, marketing properties, and staying informed about vacancy schedules and market trends.To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management or Commerce, demonstrate proficiency in using MDA/MRI software, and have 8 to 10 years of experience in the industrial, retail, and commercial sectors as a Property Manager.
