Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's portfolio of real estate assets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the value and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio.
Short Term Rental Management
Manage budgets and financial reporting for each property, manage costs, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight.
Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations.
