Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team, based in Port Elizabeth or East London, the ideal candidate would be a "Hands on", Customer focused individual who is passionate about building relationships with clientsDuties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities
- Handle tenant concerns and requests
- Matric or equivalent
- Relevant degree or diploma advantageous
- Minimum 10 years previous experience in property industry
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in property management
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Network of Retail and Commercial Tenants on a National and Regional Scale
- Knowledge of hospitality industry advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to use own inititative
- Customer Service minded
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent Customer skills and closing skills
- Accuracy, Time Management and Planning
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self Reliant
- Accountability
- Cultural sensitivity
- Able to travel throughout the Eastern Cape and Sleep out
