• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our client's properties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and construction to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
• Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals
• Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, and promotional videos
• Conduct market research and analyses to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 5+ years experience as Creative Director experience
• 12+ years in the creative industry
• Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
• Passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the industry
