Benchmark KPIs against the market and adjust strategies as needed.
Draft and execute a comprehensive portfolio strategy to meet KPIs.
Financial Management:
Manage portfolio net income vs. budget.
Oversee capital expenditure and ensure it aligns with the budget.
Monitor and manage arrears to optimize financial performance.
Property Leasing & Retention:
Manage property leasing to minimize vacancies.
Develop and implement a tenant retention strategy.
Reporting & Compliance:
Produce high-level executive summaries and detailed monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with all building regulations.
Consistently implement company policies and procedures.
Development & Asset Management:
Identify and initiate refurbishment and development opportunities.
Facilitate property sales and acquisitions in line with asset management goals.
Industry Relationships:
Build and maintain relationships with key players in the property industry using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Education: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience in property management, financial management, and team leadership.
Skills: Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
