A prestige property agency company based in Cape Town Western Cape is looking for an energetic Property Prospector/Telemarketer to join they evolving team!Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, and ongoing communication with both buyers and sellers.
The organisation specialises in real estate services and aim to provide exceptional marketing solutions and properties for they clients throughout the Cape Town Area.
While the role is primarily located in City of Cape Town, there is flexibility for some remote work.Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record in telemarketing and canvassing door listings
- Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
