The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, with experience in both property rentals and sales. The individual will be responsible for renting and selling residential, negotiating leases and sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.Responsibilities:
- List and market properties for rent and sale
- Conduct property showings/ viewings
- Qualify potential tenants and buyers
- Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental or sales process
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in regulations related to property rentals and sales- Commission only position- Will be responsible to work anywhere in JHBRequirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Rentals & Sales Agent
- Real estate license is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local rental and sales market trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
