• Conduct detailed inspections of UK-based residential and commercial properties (using client-provided data, virtual tools, or partner inspections).
• Deliver high-standard survey reports such as HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys, tailored to the UK property market.
• Perform accurate property valuations in compliance with RICS Valuation - Global Standards (Red Book).
• Liaise with UK-based clients to clarify findings, make recommendations, and resolve queries professionally.
• Ensure all documentation, data entry, and reporting align with current UK property legislation and RICS ethical guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in surveying methods and client service delivery.

• RICS Certified (Chartered Member - MRICS status required).
• Degree in Property, Building Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property surveying, preferably with exposure to UK property standards.
• Strong knowledge of the UK property market is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce error-free, professional reports.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and the ability to work independently.
