Job SummaryYour Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations, including market research and cost assessments.
- Perform site inspections to analyze property conditions.
- Gather and review planning data, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare valuation reports and project documentation.
- Assist in compiling research and project-related data for architectural works.
- Collaborate with clients and professional teams to determine project needs.
- Identify potential issues and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, construction standards, and planning guidelines.
- Maintain accurate progress reports and project schedules.
- A degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or Property Valuation (a Masters is an asset).
- At least two years of experience in property valuations.
- Knowledge of local planning policies and regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
- A valid driving license to conduct property inspections.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
