Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal & Bid Management
Manage the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to final submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Develop compelling and competitive proposals, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, operations) to gather necessary information for bids.
Lead bid review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Prepare and manage bid budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Maintain a library of bid templates, best practices, and previously submitted proposals for future use.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
Identify and engage potential business partners, clients, and funding opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance business development strategies.
Work with funding agencies such as
Erasmus+, National Skills Fund
, and corporate sponsors to secure funding for XR projects.
3. Instructional Design & XR Training Development
Work closely with developers, educators, and subject matter experts to design
immersive XR training programs
for universities, TVETs, and corporate clients.
Develop structured learning pathways, integrating
VR/AR/MR simulations
into existing curricula.
Ensure XR training content aligns with educational standards and meets learning objectives.
Collaborate with the development team to test, refine, and improve XR learning experiences.
Research best practices in
immersive learning, gamification, and digital pedagogy
to enhance program effectiveness.
4. General Management & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to bid submissions and partnerships.
Prepare reports on bid outcomes, partnership growth, and training program effectiveness.
Ensure project deliverables are met within set deadlines and quality standards.
Support the CEO in strategic planning, business expansion, and funding proposals.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
3+ years of experience
in bid management, proposal writing, instructional design, or business development.
Strong
project management
skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously..
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
with a strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of
tendering processes, funding applications, and educational program development
.
Ability to build and maintain
strategic partnerships
across different sectors.
High proficiency in
Microsoft Office, bid management tools, project management and learning management systems (LMS)
.
Ability to work under pressure and
meet tight deadlines
.
