Global footprint.JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of the RFP / DDQ process;
• You will be required to work within the RFP project management system, Loopio and outsource queries to subject matter experts;
• You will be required to ensure all material has appropriate review and sign off prior to distribution including but not limited to technical marketing, US and SA review compliance requirements;
• You will be required to manage and support the overall content management strategy in Loopio;
• You will be required to coordinate across the team to ensure knowledge and information is shared appropriately ensuring an alignment of content and output;
• You will be required to prepare and draft ad hoc text as and when required with subject matter experts, ensuring full sign off and integration into Loopio, the RFP content database;
• You will be required to maintain an in-depth and broad generalist knowledge and understanding of internal systems, teams, products and processes and attend appropriate internal training sessions where relevant;
• You will be responsible for adhering to all compliance policies, including personal account dealing, gifts, market abuse, etc.;
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance training, declarations and relevant forms are completed on a timely basis;
• You will be responsible for ensuring that firm and client data and property, including IT data, are properly protected;
• You will be responsible for reporting any possible and actual breaches, errors, complaints or conduct issues;
• You will be responsible for reporting any suspicion that a client, investor, or employee may be involved in money laundering, fraud or other crime such as market abuse;
• You will be required to actively participate as a member of the proposal team and wider global marketing team, actively contributing to meetings.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You have a definitive interest in financial markets and investment processes covering equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset;
• You have a desire to find efficient ways of automating;
• You have a good understanding of institutional and advisory marketplace and an appreciation of the markets into which we are offering our investment strategies and funds.

You have a degree - B.Bus Sc is always preferred but not essential and are comfortable with technology - you are not a coder - but you are happy working with systems tools and do so with ease.
