You will provide technical assistance to improve the provincial management of the Laboratory and Blood services components and ensure coordinated transition of duties to the Department of Health. You will integrate laboratory and blood services into Operation Phuthuma and Provincial implementation plan (PIP) activities, in alignment with Departmental guidelines and Ideal Clinic/Hospital frameworks
