Our client based in Cape Town is looking for a strong Sales leader to look after the Sales and Marketing departmentMain Purpose of the Job:
Lead provincial sales and marketing strategy for Insurance, driving growth and visibility of insurance products in the province.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute provincial business objectives aligned with company strategy
- Manage stakeholder relationships and enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee operational efficiency and financial sustainability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Insurance sales
- Qualifications and Experience:
- B Degree in Commerce or relevant insurance qualification
- FAIS eligibility as a Representative
- 10 years of experience in business development, operations, and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel extensively
