About the job Psychology Graduate (Industrial Psychology / Human Resources)Psychology Graduate (Industrial Psychology / Human Resources)Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing support during the hiring process.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Help in the development and implementation of training programs and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Assist in managing employee relations, handling inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to performance management systems, including preparing reports, assisting with evaluations, and tracking employee progress.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction and retention data to suggest improvements in organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Research and stay current on trends and best practices in industrial psychology, HR, and organizational development.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • A Bachelors degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Masters preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, organizational behavior, and employee motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or industrial psychology settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR software or databases.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • A genuine interest in helping to improve employee well-being and organizational culture.
