REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relative qualification i.e. Marketing, PR, Customer Services advantageous
Unendorsed drivers license essential
Own vehicle preferable
Very well groomed with excellent communication skills
Proven track record in front line professional customer dealings with high level executives
Car industry Knowledge advantageous
Knowledge of event planning
Must be willing to work overtime when the need arises
Attention to detail and driven to achieve targets set
Able to work in a fast paced, pressurized environment
Honesty, Empathy and Humanity

DUTIES

Striving and achieving targets for branch
Assisting Loyalty Programme customers
Ensure that the image of the company Brand is maintained at the Branch
Face to face dealing with customer queries and complaints
Ensuring all kiosks and facilities comply with Brand Standards and are in accordance with needs/tender specs
Ensure that customer complaints and feedback is provided
Ensure that queues are managed at busy periods
Assisting with Marketing with events/promotions
Assist disabled/Elderly customers
Meet and greet all prize winners/special events
Assisting sales department with special requests
Promoting the company and welcoming of guests
Ensure the company standards are always met
