Key responsibilitiesChasing of all overdue Purchase Orders on a daily basisProactive resourcing of outstanding purchase ordersUse of Supplier back order reports and order acknowledgments to ensure our system is updated with as much information as possibleManaging sales and customer returns through to completion, including liaising with Suppliers to progress these, whilst maintaining department set SLAsLiaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their ordersCancel and amend orders as necessaryProvide departmental mailbox management when requiredTake ownership of queries and follow through to completionDevelop relationships with all key Suppliers to enable improved ETA accuracy we provide to our sellers / customersProvide cover for other members of the department as necessary and perform other tasks if requested Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceExcellent administration skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. formulas and pivot tables)Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressureHighly motivated with ability to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit CDW (UK) LtdDemonstrates attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsExcellent problem solving skills Essential AttributesMotivated and drivenAbility to be proactive with proactive thinkingSelf-starter and ability to work on own initiativePositive, enthusiastic and supportive individualAbility to take ownership of and progress queries to resolutionExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detailAmbitious to grow successful career within CDWPassionate, professional, with a can-do attitude at all times More about CDW and your career with us: At CDW, youll work with people who inspire you.
