Purpose: To provide full technical and general administrative support to the Technologists with specific focuses:
Data collation for reporting purposes
Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of reporting structure is in place
Accuracy on sample tracking and measuring
Duties and Responsibilities:
Information collation/Reporting: Quarterly reporting on customer returns, capturing QC tracking tool data, submitting shipment specs to the DC.
Supplier support: supporting suppliers by sending quarterly QC reports and scorecards
Deadlines/Requests: managing PLM critical path for sample submissions (Briefing to shipment process).
Ensuring supplier contact lists are updated.
Quality control checks: Requesting, Preparation and co-ordination of all fit samples for fit sessions and should attend fit sessions for development of individuals growth.
General administration that may be required by the Technologists
Minimum Requirements:
Working experience with product management software(centric PLM)would be advantageous
Product knowledge and Garment construction is key (Technical experience)
Ability to comprehend the How To Measure Manual (HTM) and measure accurately
Administration systems knowledge and skills
Ability to integrate and work across teams
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritise and have good time management skills
Work within the agreed SLA
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to accurately capture and record data
Planning and Organising skills
Attention to detail
