What will you do?Sanlam Private Wealth crafts customised investment portfolios for high net worth private clients, charitable institutions, trusts and corporate entities.With assets under management and administration of more than R200 billion, we offer a comprehensive and integrated suite of wealth management solutions. • Establish and uphold quality assurance and DevOps best practices, standards and processes.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for a variety of IT projects.
• Align test strategies with DevOps automation to ensure seamless integration.
• Build and maintain best practice frameworks for both DevOps and QA.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of QA analysts, automation engineers, and performance testers.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to QA and DevOps processes.
• Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality output.
• Provide monthly management reporting on team performance and project status.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and DevOps practices.
• Implement process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of QA and DevOps functions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring stable platforms and products are consistently delivered.

Qualifications and experience

• Advanced certifications in QA or related fields are preferred.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Knowledge and skills

• Implementing DevOps testing approaches and strategies.
• Aligning test deliverables with program plans.
• Leading Agile teams in Test Automation and Performance Testing.
• Financial and budget management, with an eye for capacity planning.
• Managing complex, cross-functional technical teams.
