QA & PRODUCTION MANAGER Manufacturing
Durban North, Durban - Kwa Zulu Natal - South AfricaYou will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of quality assurance with production operations to meet the companys strategic objectives. This role includes a balance between quality and production.This role demands the management and maintenance of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. You will establish and uphold quality assurance and control procedures, conduct internal and supplier audits, and ensure all statistical tests and reports are accurately completed and communicated to the relevant departments.Alongside quality management, the role oversees the conversion of raw materials into finished products, ensuring that production processes are efficient, timely, and within budget. You will lead a team of production employees, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, optimal allocation of resources, and adherence to work standard instructions.A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, leadership skills, and experience in quality management are essential to drive continuous improvement and achieve production targets.Essential Qualifications:

• Matric/ Grade 12 is essential.
• A Higher Certificate/ Diploma in Quality Assurance/ Control/ Management, and/ or ISO
• Certification, and/ or Operations/ Production Management are essential.
• A related Bachelors Degree would be advantageous.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Up to 6 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of business manufacturing processes and functions.
• Computer literacy - proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
• Syspro experience would be advantageous.
• Staff supervisory and management skills.
• Planning and organising skills.
