xc2xb7 Understanding of relevant environmental, health and safety regulations.xc2xb7 Good understanding of the companyxe2x80x99s quality management system.xc2xb7 Vast knowledge and skills in asphalt, aggregate, specialised testing and binder technology required.xc2xb7 Be able to address and resolve quality issues.xc2xb7 Knowledge of updating and maintaining standard operating procedures for laboratory processes.xc2xb7 Lead lab team and ensure results are inspected and processed as per QMS.xc2xb7 Knowledge of SANAS 17025 standards and be able to demonstrate adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experiencexc2xb7 Matric or equivalentxc2xb7 National Diploma in Civil, chemistry, materials science is advantageous.xc2xb7 At least 5 to 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a supervisory role in asphalt and bituminous industry.xc2xb7 Evidence of experience gained with a leadership position held in the laboratory environment.
