Job Description
Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor with a strong background in QA/QC to ensure that all civil aspects of the PV area and substation are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Activities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce quality standards and procedures specific to the civil aspects of PV projects.
- Review civil designs to ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project requirements
- Inspect and approve civil materials and components, to verify their quality and suitability.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify that civil components are installed correctly and according to design specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols to protect workers during civil construction and ensure compliance with civil safety standards.
- Oversee and participate in the testing of civil components to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
- Review and maintain comprehensive records of project documentation related to the civil aspects, including , as-built drawings, and others.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on civil quality and safety requirements.
- 5 Year's civil engineering experience
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- Experience in quality assurance & pre dispatch inspections of the civil Components
- Lead Auditor Certificate (advantageous)
