QC Engineer Automotive ~ Manufacturing
Johannesburg South, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South AfricaReporting to the GM, you will ensure that all workshop processes are followed. You will create a quality control plan for all departments and document processes. You will also conduct checks on machining diagrams and transmissions.EDUCATIONAL
- BTech/National Diploma Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or BEng Mechanical Engineering.
- Hydraulics, Machining and Quality control
- Hydraulics, Electrical and Mechanical
- Advantageous 5 Ss Sort Set Shine and Standardised
- Ensure that tests are done on the completed motor vehicle Components before mounting
- Continuously review built components, quality-checking processes, and systems to ensure issues are discovered earlier, and improvements are implemented.
- Monitor the Dyno-testing and ensure that all discrepancies are reduced.
- Ensure that all machines are performing according to acceptable standards.
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Actively participate in production meetings with the workshop Manager.
