The incumbent analyses prepared gas mixtures and other products according to specification, efficiently and punctually.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of products, according to specification from HP Filling Station; Flammable Plant; N2O Plant; Specialty Gas; ASU; Bulk (Storage & road tankers) and Medical Filling Station efficiently and punctually.
Ensure that calibration gasses used are available and within a stability period.
Maintain analytical equipment in good operating condition and report faults.
Releasing of batches (verification of analysis and final QC checks).
Retention of records providing effective traceability.
Assist AL laboratories with analysis as and when requested.
Ensure that IMS and SHEQ requirements are adhered to.
Assist with off site analysis at customers &/or AL branches.
Calibrate analytical equipment as required.
