Directing of machines for required repairs, stopping the use of unsafe or defective equipment before departure. Stopping machines from leaving if they are not to the prescribed standard of Eazi Access Rentals (Subject to approval by Workshop Manager)

Outbound Machines
o Visually inspect all machines which are turned from Red to Green and complete the Q.C. check sheet (all documents in the document box).
o Q.C. sticker to be placed on ground control.
o Machines which fail the Q.C. check must be referred to Workshop Manager within 30min.
o Q.C. failed machines will be repaired on same day.
o Q.C. check sheets are to be filed in monthly Q.C. file.
o Submit all info to Senior Quality Officer
