Job Description
Overall Job Function
Responsible for the development and implementation of Environmental Qualification Plans and Test Procedures to ensure compliance of avionics equipment against international standards.
Job Responsibilities
Development of Qualification Plans against international standards Alignment of qualification plans across avionic products as well as geographical sites in the organization Preparing detailed test procedures for executing environmental testing both in-house and at subcontractors Interfacing with system engineers to ensure alignment of category testing with customer expectations Interfacing with test group to ensure appropriate test jigs are available for qualification testing Environmental testing of products to mature product designs
Job Requirements
BEng degree in Electronic Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience Sound knowledge of qualification testing and environmental standards Knowledge of RTCA/DO-160 &/or Mil-Std standards would be advantageous Good technical writing experience
