This intermediate-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across various marketing functions.This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working both remotely and from our head office in Mowbray, Cape Town. During the probation period, you will be required to work on-site full-time.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, and SEO, driving engagement and lead generation.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting Develop compelling content for digital platforms, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Brand Communication Work to strengthen and align the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and increasing brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing Manage lead generation activities, including paid media campaigns, email nurturing, and content-driven lead capture strategies.
  • SEO & Paid Advertising Optimise website content and manage Google Ads, social media advertising and digital advertising to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and content initiatives, reporting on key metrics and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and marketing initiatives effectively.
Minimum Requirements Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or social media marketing are advantageous.
Essential technicalskills and experience:
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in content creation (copywriting, editing, and proofreading) for various channels, including email, social media, marketing material and websites.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tools (including email marketing, PPC, and SEO).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and running Google Ads campaigns.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly advantageous in this role:
  • Experience in Financial Services or Professional Services Understanding industry-specific marketing strategies, compliance, and audience engagement.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating basic marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

  • Strong content creator, with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to produce engaging and on-brand content across various channels.

  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors, contributing positively to team goals and project delivery.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
